Venus enters Aries, and this is a week to move!
Hi, Everyone,
It is the beginning of May, and it has been quite a year! So much has happened since the beginning of the year. Yet, this year began with so many setbacks. It is very tough to start a new year with Mars retrograde.
Not to mention that Mars was in its fall position in Cancer, which it was from 1/6/25 through 4/18/25. Add to the fact that Venus, which is also a personal planet, retrograded on 3/1/25 at 10 degrees and 50 minutes of the Cardinal fire sign of Aries. This was only eight days after Mars had stationed direct.
Mars retrograde is not a good time to initiate major new projects, start a new profession or job, or get surgery. Venus retrograde is not an ideal time to make a big purchase, get married, start a major romantic or professional relationship, or get a major makeover.
Some relationships can be karmic in nature when they begin during Venus retrograde; but, it is not something you normally seek. Venus was exalted in Pisces for a good portion of this year, where it is beautiful, magical, and divine. However, three meetings with Saturn, planet of restrictions and blocks, seemed to put a kibosh on all of Venus’ glory.
Venus and Saturn paired up on 1/18/25, 4/7/25, and on 4/24/25. Venus also met up with Neptune three times. Neptune is the higher Octave of Venus and is absolutely etheral in its highest vibration; but, it can also make one feel depresed or overly vulnerable. The two paired up on 2/1/25 and on 3/27/25 while still in Pisces. The two have a third and final meetup on 5/2/25 at 1 degree and 8 minutes of the Cardinal Fire sign of Aries.
This is the FIRST time in our lifetime that Venus and Neptune will meet up in the sign of Aries. This is something to watch and take notes! Mercury, the cosmic messenger, met up up with Neptune on 4/17/25, and that was the first personal planet and cosmic informer of what we can all build together on the world front with Neptune at the very first degree of Aries.
When planets transt at the world axis, they have major influence on each and every one of us. These powerful planetary transits also impact people on the world stage and bring about major world events. When planets transit at 0 and 22 degrees of the Cardinal signs, they hit all of us. Those signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn.
Venus and Mercury both retrograded in the signs of Aries and Pisces. These were celestial opportunities to work on your self worth, what makes you happy, how you can be more creative, how you can shift your thinking, how you can be brave, and how you can move ahead and let go of the past.
We experienced the final Eclipse in the Aries/Libra axis, and now it is time to focus on the messages of the Eclipses in Pisces/Virgo, which want you to create, love, serve, help, and dream. DREAM! The world is in a lot of chaos, but we have yet to see what all of these planetary shfits will bring.
Mars clears its shadow on 5/2/25, and this brings another cosmic green light to move ahead! Pluto, the planet of power, death, rebirth, and transformation, retrogrades on 5/4/25 at 3 degrees and 48 minutes of the Fixed air sign of Aquarius. We feel the energy five days before and five days afterwards.
The qualities of an outer planet are emphasized when they either retrograde or station direct. There can be major endings, reveals, power struggles, death, and major shifts. Mars and Pluto also had three battles.
They opposed and fought each other while in Capricorn and Cancer on 11/3/24, which was two days before the Election. They opposed each other a second time in the signs of Leo and Aquarius on 1/3/25, which was three days before the fires broke out in Los Angeles. The third and final time just occurred on 4/26/25 with Mars in Leo opposing Pluto in Aquarius.
Aquarius represents technology, electricity, explosions, and earthquakes. Mars and Pluto in challenging aspect are combative and war-like. It can also be a time to do inner shadow work and to purge. There have been major power outages in Portugal and most of Spain. There have been a lot of local stories about terrible car accidents with fires.
The least sad example is that there was a huge brawl on the Carnival Cruise line, where 26 people were banned from ever sailing with them again. The last thing I want to point out is that Saturn will transit at the last degrees of Pisces through 5/24/25 when it enters the Cardinal fire sign of Aries, where it transits through 9/1/25.
Saturn returns to the Fixed star known as Scheat, which is at 29 degrees of Pisces in September, and it close to that degree now. This is a Fixed Star that is associated with misery, misfortune, suicide, and being lost at sea. Over the weekend, Epstein’s victim — Virginia Guifre — sadly took her own life.
This is a very tough degree in Astrology. This is a time to focus on your own mental health. If you know people that struggle, check in with them more frequently. Saturn will return to this degree again on 9/1/25, and it will leave here altogether on 2/13/26.
The last degree of Pisces (29 degrees) is associated with empaths and true creative wizards. We have choices to work with the magic, do healing work, manifest, create, dream, look at beauty, and to try to find glimpes of rainbows in a world of darkness. We can choose together! #astrology #horoscope #Zodiac
New Moon in Taurus: Shake the stuck energy & manifest!
Hi, Everyone,
I need to shake this fixed energy in the cosmos, so that I can tune in and write about one of the more dynamic, releasing, and manifesting New Moon of the year! Come on spirit guides, activate and let’s get this going!
To begin with, I write this on the day of the third and final Mars/opposition to Pluto. Mars is the planet that signifies primal desires, impulse, drive, energy force, passion, anger, impatience, and action. Pluto is the higher octave of Mars and signifies people at the highest echelons of power, death, transformation, big money, other people’s money and joint resources, violence and rage.
Astrologer Rick Levine said something that exemplifies the energy well. Mars wins battles. Pluto wins wars. Mars takes two years to orbit. Pluto may have been demoted to being a dwarf planet; but, it certainly packs an unforgettable punch. Many people have experienced major Pluto transits that have changed their life entirely and sent them right into therapy. It can be very healing and transformative.
Mars and Pluto have opposed each other three times in the cosmos, The first Mars/Pluto standoff occurred when Pluto was at the final degree of Capricorn, and the two opposed one another on 11/3/24 at 29 degrees and 45 minutes of Cancer and Capricorn.
The three traditional malefics of the Zodiac are Mars, Saturn, and Pluto. Mars is a personal planet, but is also seen as a malefic that can be equated with overly inflated and impulsive ego; as well as anger. Saturn can represent setbacks, restrictions, unfinished karma, and discouragement. Pluto is the third of the malefics, It can represent extreme cruelty and violence, manipulation, and abusve of power on the lower vibration. I am just emphasizing the more challenging attributes of these planets in this paragraph to illustrate why they would have been considered the malefics in ancient times; not they do not have amazing qualities that i truly enjoy and have seen play out in very positive ways. ,
Mars and Pluto in opposition can be very combative, war-like, explosive, and it can even affect weather patterns. The first occurred when Pluto was at the final degree of Capricorn, where it had been transiting on and off since 2008/2009. Mars opposed Pluto on 11/3/25 at 29 degrees and 45 minutes of Cancer and Capricorn.
Mars does not love being in Cancer, as it fueld by emotions and not logic. This was a goodbye to Pluto in Capricorn, as it ingressed back into Aquarius later that day and will not return. This was also a couple of days before the Election, and Pluto was at the anaretic degree of the Cardinal earth sign of Capricorn, which embodies the true nature of Capricorn: The elite, the CEOS and CFOS, people in power, and people in authority. Mars retrograded on 12/6/24 at 6 degrees and 11 minutes of the Fixed fire sign of Leo, which is why it is clashing so many times with Pluto.
The second Mars/Pluto battle occurred on 1/3/25 when Mars opposed Pluto at 1 degree and 9 minutes of Cancer and Leo respectively. This was just three days before the fires broke out in Los Angeles.I was out there when it first happened, and Los Angeles felt like a war zone. It was a natural disaster in a area that faces fires and Earthquakes, but this involved a lot of loss and death (Pluto) of places and community (Aquarius) that shaped the scene in Los Angeles. It will inevitably rebuild;but, there is permanent change and loss.
This third and final Mars/Pluto opposition occurs on 4/26/25 at 9:05pm EDT at 3 degrees and 48 minutes of Leo and Aquarius. Mars stationed direct on 2/23/25; but, it took a long time to get moving and finally left the sign of Cancer on 4/18/25, where it is technically in its fall position. This is an energy of releasing and letting go. Both planets rule the Fixed water sign of Scorpio. There is a dealth and a release both with the Plutonian influences; but, because Venus and Saturn have been dancing together all month in the final sign of the Zodiac, Pisces, which is a sign of endings.
Venus is the planet of value, love, beauty, happiness, relationships, self worth, talents, ways of earning an income — among many things. Venus has been exalted and beautiful in the Mutable water sign of Pisces on and off since 1/2/25 when it entered Pisces. It entered the Cardinal Fire sign of Aries on 2/4/25, retrograded on 3/1/25 at 10 degrees and 50 minutes of Aries (close in degree to where Mercury retrograded and within a couple of degrees of the Solar Eclipse in Aries.) This has brought a lot of of challenges with focus, clarity, creativity and grounding.
Venus and Saturn will start to separate in early May. Venus leaves the sign of Pisces and returns to the Cardinal fire sign Aries on 4/30/25. Like Mars and Pluto, Venus has had three exact hits with Saturn, planet of challenges, since early in the year before it retrograded officially. Venus met up with Saturn on 1/18/25, 4/7/25, and on 4/24/25. Venus was retrograde, which happens once every year and a half, and this was a cosmic opportunity to search within, journal, pray, and meditate for ways to uplevel your own happiness and finding ways to bring that to full form. While Venus and Saturn as a team are not the life of the party, this is a time to figure out what really means something.
Venus rules the signs of Taurus and Libra. The New Moon in Taurus occurs on 4/27/25 at 3:31 pm EDT at 7 degrees and 47 minutes of the Fixed earth sign of taurus. I love the moon in Taurus! It is exalted here and full of pleasure, creativity, and contentment.
This is a magical new Moon for planting new seeds or plants, getting plants and crystals for your home or for your outdoor space, journaling in nature, and doing things that make you feel grounded. Venus and Saturn have had a long dance that has not been easy for creativity, money, or relationships; but, it has been a cosmic chance to stabilize areas that are not always surrounded by roses. Sometimes, we need a reality check, and that is not easy; but, it helps us to grow.
I heard good news yesterday from an Aquarian, and this Mars/Pluto energy is helping him to empower and rebirth himself to create a new security for himself. He let go of old ways and is engineering a new reality and way of life that works for him. The Sun and Pluto clashed on 4/23/25, and this reminds us that there is a purging and letting go inherent in the Astrology. The more we are clearing and releasing, we are making room for Neptune newly in Aries, and the manifesting new Moon in Taurus, where is is exalted and so VERY creative and abundant!
This weekend is opportune for clearing space for the manifesting New Moon in Taurus. Earlier this week, the Sun in Taurus clashed with Pluto, and there is undoubtedly an energy of releasing and clearing space for the new with this incredibly magnetizing and fertile New Moon in Taurus. That is an aspect of endings and heavy power dynamics. This New Moon in Taurus wants you to plant seeds around your desires and for pursuits and dreams that are healthy for you. Make space for the new!
Venus is almost at the end of Pisces — it is at 28 degrees and 29 minutes of Pisces and within 31 minutes of the final degree of the Zodiac. Rember that 29 degrees of Pisces if the Fixed star know as scheat, which is a star of self-undoing. I also find it VERY prominent in real healers, empaths, and creative marvels.
Venus in Pisces wants to be happy. It is conjunct Saturn, planet of karmic responsibility; as well as the North Node of Karma, which is what you are meant to embrace. They are all between 26 degrees and 28 and a half degrees of Pisces, and this energy invites you to pay attention to the karmic meetings, opportunities, and events that occur now. The planets are all direct for a brief bit until Pluto, the planet of death and regeneration, stations retrograde on 5/2/25.
Saturn, North Node and Venus all at the final degrees of Pisces and of the Zodiac also encourage you to shed what is keeping you from your dream and for evolving to a higher purpose. What can you do with this very rare and special alighnment. It asks you to come to task and elevate your skills and commitment to upgrading your spiritual acument. Why wouldn’t you anyway in this Aquarius/Pisces/Aries soup special! I hear it comes with free pita and a sald.
Venus is also just a little over two degrees away from Neptune in Aries, which is at the world point and ushering in MAJOR new beginnings on a spiritual and creative level. Neptune is the modern ruler of Pisces and the higher octave of Venus. Venus in Pisces is exalted because it represents selfless love. Venus cojunct Neptune brings that to a whole other level and facillitates your fated tête-à-tête with Divine occurrances.
Venus, Saturn, and the North Node in Pisces, all make a very helpful angle to Uranus, planet of ingenuity and brilliance. The New Moon is a great time for doing the Law of Abundance. Date the check for 4/27/25. Where it says, “Pay to the order of, ” print your full name. Where you typically pring dollar amount, print, “Paid in Full.” Where you normally sign your full name to endorse a check, print, “The Law of Abundance.” I wish you much luck! 🙂 #astrology #newmoon #Taurus
