Full Moon in Libra: All you need is Love.

There continues to be lots of action in the cosmos. Tonight there is a very turbulent Super moon in Libra. This is a cosmic call to action that is driven by love and not anger. You may have to remind yourself with all of the volatility surrounding us now and within the Full Moon chart; but, Libra is ruled by Venus, and that encompasses love.
Over the weekend, there was a very powerful pairing of Jupiter and Pluto that marked a new 12.5 year cycle of empowerment, transformation, death, rebirth, and the opening of new portals of karmic consciousness. Jupiter is the planet of faith, optimism, higher learning, and expansion. Jupiter is the big picture. It is the vision. Pluto is the planet of death, rebirth, joint financial resources, fear, manipulation, transformation, and transcendence. Pluto is intense!!! It is power — both good and bad.
When Jupiter and Pluto meet up together, they are unstoppable. This planetary combination is excellent for perseverance, accomplishment, healing, financial partnerships, and spirituality. Many people that have Jupiter and Pluto conjunct are highly successful and can garner much wealth in this lifetime. At present, this planetary pairing is exaggerating the Capricorn pattern that has been in the sky since January, and that which involves death, rebirth, and collapsing of old structures on a global level.
That said, this cosmic duo is going to amp things up a few notches in the next few weeks. It is imperative that you take all precautions to be safe, as things will escalate. Although Jupiter is a benefic and is a planet of good fortune, it expands that with which it comes in to contact. In this case, it expands the challenges before we can achieve the needed healing and transformation. You cannot live in fear, but you can live with accountability and personal responsibility in how you live your life right now. Keep in mind that Jupiter and Pluto meet up two more time this year. They meet up at 24 degrees of Capricorn on June 30, 2020 and set off the historical Saturn/Pluto pairing of January 12, 2020. They meet up a third and final time on November 12, 2020 at 22 degrees of Capricorn, which is exact to the degree and is at the world axis. The world axis indicates that the WHOLE world is impacted. Each and every one of us.
There is a lot of loss and pain in the world, but there is opportunity to heal and grow. Our world is forever changed. Jupiter and Pluto will help us to get through this, evolve our skills and strength, and transform. Pluto rules the fixed water sign of Scorpio. Think of the phoenix rising from the ashes. That can be all of us on the collective; although, we will rise again in tears. It is not negative to acknowledge the pain; in fact, it is necessary. We are in mass mourning, and we need to be there for one another.
Tonight, there is a powerful Super Moon in Libra, which occurs at 10:35 pm EDT at 18 degrees of Libra. Ordinarily, the moon in Libra is a beautiful placement, as it is ruled by Venus, the goddess of love and beauty. This Full Moon is volatile in that it is at its perigee, which means it is closest to the earth. I subscribe to \”Word of the day,\” but I never really open it because I get saturated with email. Today, I happened to notice the word was perigee. I knew that I had to write this article — even though I almost dodged it due to lack of sleep. The universe is listening, and it called for me to wake up, too! I answered the phone.
This Full Moon packs quite a punch, as it square the Jupiter/Pluto conjunction. This sets off the erratic and unpredictable energy that is inherent in an ordinary full moon, but this one is on fire! I cast the chart for Eastern time, and the Full Moon chart has Scorpio ascendant, which means that Pluto is the modern ruler. Pluto is squaring the moon, which means manipulation, triangles, and power-playing. Jupiter expands that even further. It also expands our ability to transform, but this is a process.
Mars is the ancient ruler of the chart, and it is in exact combat with Uranus, the planet of chaos. Mars is the God of war, and you can infer from that alone that this is not an easy aspect. This an influence where people can lash out in anger, get violent, be enraged very quickly, and act without forethought.
Many of us might not think much at all with all of this rushed and impulsive energy. Tap into the Libra moon, which is ruled by Venus. Tap into love. Try to release the anger. Not easy and no judgement. Act as I say because I will struggle with this, too.
Mars is the modern ruler of the Sun in Aries, which is in opposition to the moon in Libra by default. The Sun is conjunct Eris, the goddess of discord. There is a lot of anger in that combination as well. Honor and feel the anger if comes up within you. Try to find ways to quell it as best as you can.
The Moon in Libra is conjunct Pallas Athena, which is the goddess of wisdom and warlike strategy. This a worldwide war on illness; therefore, be strategic in how you conduct business, how you maintain and improve your health, and how you partner through action and not anger.
