New Moon in Libra: Partnering with integrity

It is a week of a lot of fated decisions, choices, and actions. Saturn, the planet of responsibility and Karma, stationed direct on September 18, 2019 at 13 degrees of the Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn. Saturn is currently on the South Node of Fate, which urges all of us to release old stories, toxic behavioral patterns, and people that no longer serve us to grow in our lives.

On September 25, 2019, Venus ignited The Nodes of fate of Fate and Saturn in Capricorn. Venus is the planet of partnerships and value. Saturn is the planet of limitations and responsibility. This is energy where you find the limits in relationships; as well as the reality of your value. It could be very sobering indeed, but you need to know the truth. This is Libra season, and there are many opportunities to partner; but, boundaries are essential.

This month reminds us that this is integral to the Saturn/South Node/Pluto in Capricorn lineup that we transform and restructure our lives. You can no longer stay in limbo. It just won\’t happen. Saturn and Pluto have not met up in Capricorn for over five hundred years. This lineup insists that we uplevel, rebirth, and purge negative karmic patterns. On January 12, 2020, Saturn and Pluto will meet up at the world axis at 22 degrees of Capricorn. It is time to prepare with determination, focus, and realism on how you need to glean your lessons most effectively.

In April of this year, Saturn met up very closely with Pluto, the planet of transformation, death, and rebirth; as well as the South Node of fate. We witnessed Notre-Dame go down in flames on April 15, 2019, although much of the structure was still in tact. Nonetheless, old structures collapsed and needed restructuring and construction.

In our own lives, there are structures and old beliefs that are metaphorically collapsing and needing to be rebuilt. This is a story that we have been working with on the collective level since Saturn entered Capricorn on December 20, 2017. Saturn and the South Node have been in a relationships for the past five months, and this has been very heavy karma. For many, it has felt extremely pressured.

You can feel like you reverted to old patterns or destructive behavior, which you thought you had mastered in your life. Now that Saturn is direct, it is time to take accountability and ownership on your choices. You cannot always control external events or people; but, you are the master of your actions. In this sense, you are never a victim. Saturn reinforces this reality.

There is a New Moon in Libra that occurs on September 28, 2019 at 2:26 pm ET at 5 degrees of the Cardinal air sign of Libra. This New Moon has four points in Libra: The Moon, which is how we get security; The sun, which is how we connect to our identity and ego; Venus, which is how we find value and love; and Mercury, which is how we communicate and learn. Venus is in its rulership in Libra, which is a sign it loves to occupy.

It is very loving and gracious in the sign of Libra and seeks peace. This is an excellent New Moon for entering new relationships, repairing existing ones, and working with others in a professional manner. The New Moon in Libra falls in the house of hopes.

The New Moon is an excellent time to set new intentions and start new projects. This New Moon has Capricorn ascendant, and Saturn rules the chart. Saturn is exactly conjunct the South Node for a third and final time in the first house of self; it requires letting of toxicity in order to restructure self and partnerships. The North Node of Destiny is in the seventh house of relationships in the nurturing sign of Cancer, which is a Cardinal water sign. You want to go towards the North Node and evolve through your relationships. Release old blocks and people that limit you so that you can nurture and grow healthy partnerships in your life.

Venus, the planet of love and beauty, forms an exact sextile to Jupiter, the luckiest planet. This is an aspect of opening up doors. Jupiter is in its home sign of Sagittarius, where is bestows good fortune and optimism. Venus is in its rulership in Libra, where is is beautiful and gracious. This energy opens up opportunities, but you have to be willing to do the Saturn work and acknowledge the areas of your life that are not working. What do you need to do to fix that story?

With Neptune, Saturn, and Jupiter all in their home signs, it makes it easier to get these things accomplished if you work hard. To have three outer planets in their home signs is a gift, with which you should work diligently on your lessons. This is the degree where Saturn initially stationed direct on April 30, 2019. This is an excellent time to focus on your business plans and raise your status professionally. Now is an excellent time to raise your prominence with ambition and a lot of hard work. Pluto stationed retrograde on April 24, 2019, and there is a boost of energy when it slows down to station direct. We feel the energy five days before and five days after.
