New Moon in Leo: Love with courage.

Hi, Everyone,

Mars is stomping ahead, and Leo season is on fire! The fury of Mars is obvious in every interaction — whether it be in every day life or on the world stage. Mars loves being in Aries, but it does not like clashing with planets in Capricorn that block and impede its progress. Mars is slowing down and is about to retrograde on September 9th at 28 degrees of Aries. It is time to get prepared and get things things going now! Take micro steps and launch things now, as there will be big delays with Mars retrograde.

Pluto cycles are very heavy. They induce major endings, loss, beginnings, transcendence, and empowerment. The year of 2020 has been as if the whole world has experienced Saturn cycles of working within limits and karmic lessons at a time of major loss and change. The goal is to transform and heal. How we do work towards that goal?

This summer, there have been three eclipses that bring the stories more to light. Usually, there are two eclipses every six months; but, this summer has three eclipses to shake us and wake us up even more towards change and evolution.

Eclipses are a pressured and heightened time. To have a Lunar Or a Solar Eclipse, the Full Moon or the New moon has to be within nineteen degrees of the Nodes of the moon. It is a full moon or a new moon on steroids, and they bring things to light.

An eclipse can bring a turning point, a time of crisis, and changes that comes out-of-the-blue in a very rapid and unexpected manner. Eclipses are like wild cards. If an eclipse is hitting a planet in your chart or angle, you know it will be a very eventful and busy time, but you do not know exactly how it will transpire. Eclipses bring things to light and make us see things in a way we have never seen before.

The first of the three Eclipses occurred on June 5, 2020. There was a Lunar Eclipse that occurred on June 5, 2020 at 15 degrees of the mutable Fire sign of Sagittarius. A Lunar Eclipse occurs when the Earth’s shadow blocks the sun’s light, which reflects off of the moon.

Lunar eclipses are a time of fruition and endings. Although the more I study Eclipses, I have seen major beginnings occur on Lunar Eclipses, and I have seen major endings on Solar Eclipses. Lunar Eclipse are very emotional, as they incredibly potent Full Moons. Eclipses uncover information and bring it to light.

The moon in Sagittarius is generally a joyful one. However, this Lunar Eclipse had an exact square to Mars in Pisces; as well as a wide square to Neptune, the planet of confusion, and the ruler of the water sign of Pisces.

This Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius triggered the combative Mars energy strongly — even before Mars entered the Cardinal Fire of Aries on June 27, 2020, where it will transit through January 6, 2021. If you have planets at 13 to 17 degrees of the mutable signs, you would felt this Lunar Eclipse the most: Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces.

The second Eclipse was the biggest of all: A Total Solar Eclipse that occurred at 0 degrees of the Cardinal water sign of Cancer and only within a degree of the North Node of Destiny. To reiterate, a planet at 0 degrees of a Cardinal sign is among the degrees known as the world axis, and that packs a real punch and impacts everyone.

A Total Solar Eclipse is a new moon that has to be within nine degrees of the Nodes of Fate. The Nodes of fate recently exited the Cancer/Capricorn axis on May 5, 2020 and entered the nodal axis of Sagittarius/Gemini, where they will transit through January 11, 2022.

That said, This Solar Eclipse was at a very powerful degree at the world point, only within a degree from the North Node of Karma and destiny, and with the moon in its rulership in the Cardinal water sign of Cancer. With the Nodes of fate in Gemini and Sagittarius, they are encouraging us to teach, learn, and focus local community with the North Node transiting in the mutable air sign of Gemini for the next year and a half.

A new moon occurs when the Sun and the Moon are conjunct at the same degree of a sign. The Solar Eclipse occurs when the moon comes between the Sun and the Earth and blocks the Sun’s rays. This Solar Eclipse was and is about planting new seeds and taking initiative in this very powerful placement of the Sun and the Moon at the world axis. The fact that Solar Eclipse was very close to the nodes of fate emphasizes the karma of this New Moon Eclipse, and I have heard of many new beginnings and moves both professionally and physically.

In this Solar Eclipse chart, Jupiter, the planet of expansion and abundance, was closely conjunct Pluto, the planet of transformation. Jupiter and Pluto worked in harmony with Mars in Pisces, and this energy can help us to morph the anger in to constructive action. The Moon rules this Solar Eclipse and deals with family, security, home, and emotional foundation.

Anyone with planets between 28 degrees of the mutable signs and 2 degrees of the Cardinal signs would feel it the most. The cardinal signs are already mentioned. The mutable signs are Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces. It also brings a lot of endings and change on a mass level, as this Eclipse hits the world at large. This was the final Eclipse in Cancer, and its energy looms for quite a while because it had such global impact. This third and final Eclipse occurs on July 5, 2020 at 2:44 am EDT at 13 degrees of the Cardinal earth sign of Capricorn. This is final Eclipse in Capricorn, although we not finished with that trajectory by any means. Saturn is the ringleader of this year’s cosmic, karmic circus. Saturn briefly entered the fixed air sign of Aquarius on March 23rd and re-entered Capricorn on July 1, 2020 where it will transit through December 17, 2020.

Saturn in Aquarius gave us a preview of the innovation, community, and vision that is available to all of us when Saturn and Jupiter enter Aquarius at the end of the year. Now that Saturn is back in Capricorn, it is time to get busy. There are several planets retrograde & not at full capacity, but there is no choice but to move, take accountability, and work within limits. This is the final Eclipse in Capricorn. It occurs at 13 degrees of Capricorn, where Saturn was transiting from January 15, 2019 through September 18, 2020 when Saturn stationed direct at 13 degrees of Capricorn.

Although the world situation in all of its loss, struggle, karma, pain, and anger has dominated this year, we still have our personal lessons and stories we were working with prior to this with Saturn in Capricorn. This Eclipse defaults to Saturn’s lessons from last year and reinforces the need to get structured, focused, and realistic.

The Lunar Eclipse chart has Aries rising with Mars in its rulership in Aries conjunct Chiron, the wounded healer in the 12th house of spirituality & subconscious. A lot of wounds need to be healed. The Capricorn stellium is at the top of the chart with the Moon in Capricorn. The moon in Capricorn is in its detriment while in opposition to the Sun in Cancer. This is certainly not a nurturing moon, but it does form a helpful trine to Uranus. Ingenuity in restructuring.

There is so much Cardinal energy available to us to get things accomplished: Saturn, Jupiter, and Pluto in Capricorn, Mercury, and the Sun in Cancer, and Mars in Aries. Mercury is retrograde until July 12, 2020, but this happens three to four times per year, and we have to work with what we’ve got. Mars is in its strongest position in Aries. People will be fiery and reactive, but Mars in Aries is an excellent time to get things accomplished this month! Mars will get into a lot more fights next month, but focus on your goals for now. Focus on what you want to structure.

Who do you want to be in this permanently changed world? Can you look yourself in the mirror? Saturn will bring you to task and ask all of these questions, so tap in to the Mars energy and get to work! “Got to pay your dues if you wanna sing the blues And you know it don’t come easy You don’t have to shout or leap about You can even play them easy” — Ringo Starr, “It don’t come easy”
